Sending us an email, calling us, scheduling a free consult, or submitting a form via the website will not make you a client of Empower You Therapy. Accordingly, please do not send any confidential information by email or otherwise, except at the specific request of the therapist.

You may not use any metatags or any other “hidden text” utilizing “Empower You Therapy” or any other name, trademark or product or service name of Empower You Therapy without our prior written permission.
In addition, the look and feel of the Site, including all page headers, custom graphics, button icons and scripts, is the service mark and/or trademark of Empower You Therapy and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Venue
These Terms of Use are governed under the laws of the State of Minnesota without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. All actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall be placed exclusively in state or federal court in Minnesota. You hereby irrevocably consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of Minnesota courts for all such purposes.
Entire Agreement
